Copperchase achieves ISO 9001:2015 November 2017
Copperchase is proud to announce the renewal of its ISO 9001:2008 certification to the newly revised standard, ISO 9001:2015.
After a comprehensive audit was conducted by LRQA on 25th July 2017, Copperchase has successfully completed the transition to the 2015 revision nearly one full year before the deadline on 14th September 2018. The core Quality Management System (QMS) processes were among those which were reviewed in-depth by LRQA: change control, corrective actions and deviation management, customer feedback and complaints, document control and record management, internal communication, product development, testing, validation, servicing and support, risk management, supplier management, and training management.
By achieving ISO 9001:2015 level of certification, Copperchase continue to demonstrate its ability and desire to effectively and efficiently provide a QMS while continuously improving its products, services and internal processes.
