We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and supporting daily operations across different departments.
Job Title: Admin Assistant
Reporting to: Director of Administration
Responsibilities:
- Assist Directors and Managers
- Assist and support Facilities Manager
- Generation and management of Purchase Orders
- Arranging shipments and raising all associated paperwork
- Assist with visitors to the company and arrange refreshments
- First line reception and telephone answering for general enquiries
Major Duties
- Maintaining quality documents (Suppliers, Customer & Support Questionnaires)
- Assist in all administrative aspects of Copperchase
- Arranging shipments and raising all associated paperwork
- Compilation and presentation of Purchase Orders
- Organisation and preparation of all shipping
- Maintain support and maintenance and briefing Facilities Manager
- Answering and handling of all general telephone calls promptly, accurately and courteously
- Arrange refreshments as required for visitors, includes arranging for supplies to be maintained and replenished where necessary
- Assist in Copperchase engineers whenever possible
Required Experience
- Excel Software
- Word Software
- Outlook (work flow)
- E-mail and internet appreciation
- Copperchase product appreciation
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven admin assistance experience
