We’re Hiring: Part-time Administrative Assistant

 We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and supporting daily operations across different departments. 

Job Title: Admin Assistant 

Reporting to: Director of Administration 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Assist Directors and Managers
  2. Assist and support Facilities Manager
  3. Generation and management of Purchase Orders
  4. Arranging shipments and raising all associated paperwork
  5. Assist with visitors to the company and arrange refreshments
  6. First line reception and telephone answering for general enquiries 

Major Duties 

  1. Maintaining quality documents (Suppliers, Customer & Support Questionnaires)
  2. Assist in all administrative aspects of Copperchase
  3. Arranging shipments and raising all associated paperwork
  4. Compilation and presentation of Purchase Orders
  5. Organisation and preparation of all shipping
  6. Maintain support and maintenance and briefing Facilities Manager
  7. Answering and handling of all general telephone calls promptly, accurately and courteously
  8. Arrange refreshments as required for visitors, includes arranging for supplies to be maintained and replenished where necessary
  9. Assist in Copperchase engineers whenever possible

 Required Experience 

  1. Excel Software
  2. Word Software
  3. Outlook (work flow)
  4. E-mail and internet appreciation
  5. Copperchase product appreciation
  6. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Proven admin assistance experience
