| Copperchase Introduce its Meteorological System with Displays into Exeter International Airport. In December of 2003, Exeter International Airport contracted Copperchase to enhance their existing ATC Flight Data Management System and ATIS to include an airfield Meteorological System with Integral Displays. The Copperchase Meteorological System (METSYS) comprises a number of MET Displays, a data gathering processor and a suite of sensors which measure, collect and disseminate weather data at an airfield. The MET Displays present meteorological data (Wind Speed/Direction, QFE, Pressure etc…) with up to date ATC information using Web Pages (Active Server Pages) on a number of dedicated screens at strategic places within the ATC environment (Tower, Radar and Briefing). David Thomas (SATCO) at Exeter Airport said, "ATC here at Exeter are very impressed with the way in which the MET System has integrated seamlessly with our existing Flight Data System from Copperchase. We are particularly pleased with the installation and after sales support that we get from Copperchase Customer Services".
