From The South

• Follow A1 Northbound to North of City (Over River Tyne)
• Continue Northbound, Past Airport turn-off until you reach the A19 Seaton Burn Turn-off
• Take the A19 Turn-off and follow the road as it bears right over the dual carriageway until you reach a roundabout.
• Take the second exit (A1068) and follow this road for about 1 ½ - 2 miles until you reach another roundabout.
• Take the first left exit continuing to follow the A1068 
• Follow the dual carriageway under the railway bridge and keep in the right lane.
• About ½ mile past the bridge there is a right slip road - follow the slip road (Caution this is a dual carriageway - you are about to cross oncoming traffic)
• Cross the dual carriageway and follow the road directly ahead, you will pass the Admiral Business Park on the left.
• Follow this road for about ¾ of a mile. The road will then bend to the right (Directly ahead are the office units you are aiming for) follow the road to the right and then take the first left.
• Take the first left again and the first left again will bring you into the courtyard.
• Take the first right when you enter the courtyard and Copperchase is in the bottom right corner.
