New Shareholders Invest in Copperchase
The Directors of Copperchase are pleased to announce that after a long period of negotiations an agreement has been reached with new investors for the purchase of 65% of Copperchase shares.
The new shareholders are based in the Middle East with significant business interests in construction and related areas who now wish to diversify into other business interests, particularly airport projects in the Middle East.
Gerry Moyle remains as Managing Director with Tony Myers as Director of Business Development.
Initially there is no intention to make any changes to the Copperchase organization; however, with the backing and support of the new investors, Copperchase will be able to address new business opportunities, particularly larger airport projects that have previously been beyond their logistical and financial capabilities.
This is a great opportunity for Copperchase to grow on its previous successes and provides a means for it to become involved in bigger projects and handle greater levels of business than were previously possible.
